@salparadisewasright YOU HAD THIS PROBLEM RIGHT HOW DID YOU KILL IT

All I could do was hit the mute button on the tab (I’m in Firefox). No freaking clue where the audio was coming from.

The audio(in my case) is from promoted posts (aka ads from corporate tumblr accounts) like one that keeps plaguing me about fake mums playing with nappies to test their absorbency(as if mums of nappy-age children have nothing better to do). The weird thing is I can’t seem to actually find the post in question to turn off the audio or pause the video.

I find that unmuting any random video or vine shuts it up. Luckily, my feed is peppered with enough videos that a solution is always close at hand.
