What a nice idea. 

The last time someone found out what I made, and that it was higher than them, everyone I worked with turned against me and bitched about me to our supervisor. I had to stop taking tips that were rightfully mine and give them to whatever pissbaby I was sharing a shift with to equalise the pay because it was do that and keep the peace myself or work in a hostile environment and possibly get fired so the manager could keep the peace.
